1. **Introduction**: A short introduction of your company or project. Who we are and what we do.

We are GROWTHBEN Ltd., which was founded in 1992. This company has been in the business of trading and manufacturing food for many years. She started implementing the project "Delicious Benedict"2 years ago and

"Delicious Benedict", which became their new trademark. This project deals with feeding children under the age of 3, so that with the help of special recipes for meals for these young children, it has a positive effect on their health and proper development of the organism. Also to in some cases he cured some diseases. It is mainly intended for children who are no longer breastfed.

Lahodny Benedict resort in an ecologically clean area near Prague. On the grounds will grow organic vegetables and fruits for the production of snacks for children,

3. **Solution**: How our project solves this problem. Key features and benefits of our offer.

Currently, there is no other company in the Czech and Slovak Republics that deals with healthy meals for children and the production of fresh food from premium ingredients to such an extent. All children's food that is sold in the Czech Republic and is commonly available is canned, i.e. not fresh. Many of them contain additives, dyes and preservatives.

The Lahodny Benedikt project presents a comprehensive solution for feeding children up to 3 years of age. From cookbooks with recipes, to training mothers in cooking courses, to the production of fresh (chilled) meals for these children, including home delivery.

4. **Target group**: Who are our potential customers and what is the market we are targeting

The main customers are mothers (parents, grandparents) of children under 3 years old. Then there are hospitals, spas, special treatment facilities, etc. Companies from other countries, such as the USA, Holland, Belgium and others, have already shown interest in buying a franchise. Currently, the Lahodny Benedikt project has more than 1,500 customers and is widely promoted in the media (see business plan). Among the "famous"Customers of Lahodne Benedikt include world-famous tennis players such as Petra Kvitová, Barbora Strýcová and other personalities who care about the health of their children. Even these "famous mothers" cook for their young children according to the e-cookbook, Delicious Benedict, and attend cooking courses.

The German drug store Dm also showed interest in the sale and distribution of Lahodne Benedikt products (dishes, cookbooks, etc.), as well as the Dutch company AHOLD, which has hundreds of supermarkets not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Europe.

5. **Competition**: How we differentiate ourselves from it. What are our competitive advantages?

There is no competition in the Czech and Slovak Republics. This "Delicious Benedict" project is the only one that comprehensively addresses this special diet for young children. The project, with its scope and interest in buying franchises, has the potential to enter the world market. At the same time, the production costs of organic food and the costs of workers' wages are significantly lower than in other European countries. This has a favorable effect on the profitability and return of the project. From the point of view of distribution networks, the advantage is that the location of the Czech Republic is in the very center of Europe.

6. **Financial Projections**: Basic financial data such as expected revenues, costs and profitability.

Everything is listed in the CASH Flow tables in the business plan

7. **Team**: Introducing key team members and their experience.

The main representative and author of the project is Mrs. Denisa Stránská, who graduated from the Baby School of Holistic Nutrition in Australia. Another person in the work team is František Stránský - project and business manager of the project, who has 30 years of experience in foreign trade. In addition, an assistant, graphic designer, animator and lawyer, editor and photographer. Additional workers will be hired as part of expanding the project and obtaining funding.
