Main Item and Scale: East Lake Resort Area: Total area for construction planning is 3000 acres. Plans to attract investment: (1) the southern area for educational base of agriculture & ecology and environment for youth, outdoor bathing places, lawn tennis, tents for summer camp etc.; (2) the northern area for flower & fruit park and farmhouse & courtyard with unique natural flavor; (3)To attract investment, the eastern area builds member’s club, such as subminiature golf course, swimming pool, tennis curt and other projects.

Qingshui Swag Sight-seeing Area: water entertainment world will take an area of 1200 acres. To establish water world for the first three years and health resort for the next three to eight years; Plans to attract investment: the first project is water entertainment world with yachts club, on-water paraglider club, bamboo boats and ships and other entertained items; the bottomland on the north of the swag is for beach bathing; the second project is to build recreational resort on the north-east of the swag and around it.

Estimated total investment and economical benefit: the total investment is 2 million USD with 0.5 million on each scenic spot. Duration of construction is for two or three years. Estimated Payback Period (EPP) is five or six years with annual revenue of around 0.3 million USD.

Preliminary Proposal & Project Status:
1. East Lake Agricultural & Ecological Resort Area: government provides all kinds of preferential policy, on such as lands, water and electricity etc.
2. Qingshui Swag Scenic Area: During the early period of construction, the government will supply more preferential policies, more convenient procedures. It is for free to use water, and the land can be leased with low rent.

Investment mode: Sino-foreign joint ventures, Sino-foreign cooperatives and wholly foreign owned enterprises;
